The problem

Every provider needs a background check. Most checks are slow, sometimes wrong, and leave the legal risk with you.

  • Slow

Checks stall at the courthouse. Providers give up before their first job.

Live status by court, so everyone knows what’s next.

  • Wrong

Database hits get reported unchecked. Good providers get turned away.

Records checked at the court before they’re reported.

  • Risky

Consent, notices and adverse action are easy to miss. FCRA mistakes are costly.

We run every compliance step, in your name.

The solution

One API. People where it counts.

  1. 01 / 05

    Your app orders it

When a provider signs up, the check starts on its own.

A check ordered from a marketplace’s onboarding, and the cleared result signed by analyst Dana Ortiz.
  2. 02 / 05

    The provider says yes

They sign consent in your brand. Nobody signs for them.

A tutor’s phone showing a consent screen in the tutoring app’s brand, with “Screened by Roster” at the bottom and a “Consent signed” confirmation beside it.
  3. 03 / 05

We check it at the court

An analyst checks each record and signs the report.

An analyst review screen: four searches for Maya Brooks, each confirmed, and the report signed by analyst Dana Ortiz.
  4. 04 / 05

    Your team can ask

Questions go to the person who ran the check.

A report page for a cleared provider, naming analyst Dana Ortiz, with a question from the ops team and her answer.
  5. 05 / 05

    Your agents can help

They order checks and explain delays. People decide.

An onboarding agent orders a Standard check, then sends the provider a plain-English status update.

Works with your agents

Agents run it. People decide.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Each one knows where to stop.

  1. “Start a check for Maya”

    Agent can do it

    Consent link sent to Maya.

  2. “Tell Maya why it’s slow”

    Agent can do it

“Waiting on Hamilton County. About one more day.”

  3. “Which checks are still open?”

    Agent can do it

“Three open. Two waiting on consent, one on Hamilton County.”

  4. “Sign the consent for Maya”

    Only the provider

    Only Maya can sign.

  5. “Reject a provider”

Only a person on your team

A person on your team approves this.

  6. “Read me the full report”

    Only keys with reports:read

Status-only key. Your ops team reads reports.
